SMASH FIGHT GUIDE - Three Cookies, One Goal, Zero Excuses!

What is Smash Fight?

Smash Fight is the heart and soul of CookieRun: OvenSmash - the very mode the game was built around! This is the ultimate 3v3 showdown where two Cookie teams clash head-to-head in an all-out kill-score battle. Coordination, strategy, and individual skill all matter equally here.

Bring all three to the table, and you just might come out on top!

Gameplay & Mechanics

Match Structure

  • A pure 3v3 format — two teams of 3 Cookies, one battlefield, no distractions!
  • Objective: take down opponents and rack up your team's knockout count.
  • The first team to hit 10 knockouts wins the match on the spot!
  • If time runs out before anyone reaches 10, the team with the higher knockout count takes the win!

Scoring System

  • Every knockout earns your team +1 point!
  • Getting knocked out? No penalties here! Respawn fast and jump straight back into the action!
  • If both teams are tied when the timer runs out, the match ends in a Draw!

Two Ways to Win

Scenario 1 — Instant Victory (10 Knockouts)

The dream is finished! The first team to land 10 knockouts ends the match on the spot — no matter how much time is left on the clock. Get ahead early, keep the pressure on, and close it out before your opponents even know what hit them!

Scenario 2 — Tiebreaker by Score

If neither team hits 10 knockouts when the clock runs out, the team with the higher score takes the win. Every single kill counts here — and those last 30 seconds? They can flip everything in an instant. Stay sharp and never let your guard down until the very end!

Tips for Beginners

  1. Always Move Together as a Team

Smash Fight is a 3v3 mode — never go up against a full enemy team on your own! Stick with your teammates, use your numbers advantage, and take down targets one by one.

  1. Focus on the Weakest Target

Don't spread your damage across multiple opponents. Coordinate with your team to focus on one target and bring it down fast. One guaranteed knockout will always do more for your score than three half-health enemies still standing!

  1. Don't Chase Kills on Low HP

When your HP is running low, pull back and recover instead of pushing for another kill. Getting knocked out doesn't just remove you from the field — it hands the enemy a free point!

  1. Coordinate Your Ultimates

Don't pop your Ultimate the moment it's ready! Hold it and unleash it alongside your teammates for a burst of coordinated damage powerful enough to drop an opponent in an instant.

  1. Keep an Eye on the Scoreboard

Always know where both teams stand. Leading 9 to 7? Play it safe and protect your advantage. Falling behind? Ramp up the aggression and be willing to take more risks to claw your way back!

  1. Use Spell Cards at the Right Moment

Spell Cards can change everything in Smash Fight. A crowd control card makes it easy for your whole team to pile on a target, while an attack buff can chain together multiple knockouts within seconds!

Recommended Cookies for Smash Fight

High Damage Cookies (DPS): Dark Choco Cookie, Black Pudding Cookie, Chili Pepper Cookie

  • The core of any strong lineup! These Cookies bring serious burst damage to the table, making them excellent at taking down opponents fast during short, intense skirmishes.
  • Go for Cookies with strong single-target skills or AoE damage to keep up the pressure and handle multiple enemies at once!

Support/Control Cookies: Red Velvet Cookie, Latte Cookie, Mint Cookie

  • An absolute must-have! Slow, stun, and pull skills make it effortless for teammates to focus fire and lock in clean knockouts
  • A great Support player can flip an even 3v3 into a complete stomp — never underestimate the power of a well-timed crowd control skill!

Mobile/Disruptor Cookies: Fruit Punch Cookie, Madeleine Cookie, Strawberry Crepe Cookie

  • The flexible backbone of any lineup! These high HP Cookies charge in first, soak up the damage, and create the space your DPS Cookies need to safely deal their hits!
  • Especially effective against heavy burst damage teams — a solid Tank can shield the whole squad through the most dangerous moments of a fight and keep everyone alive long enough to turn the tide!

Common Mistakes to Avoid in Smash Fight

  • Don't go 1v3 — taking on the entire opposing team alone almost never ends well, no matter how strong your Cookie is!
  • Don't let all three teammates get knocked out at the same time — losing everyone at once can hand the enemy 3 free points back-to-back and completely flip the score!
  • Don't leave a low-HP teammate hanging — cover them or help them escape instead of letting the enemy walk away with an easy knockout!
  • Don't burn your Ultimate on low-stakes moments — save it for the high-pressure clashes, especially when the score is neck and neck!
  • Don't ignore the scoreboard — playing blind in the final stretch is a recipe for poor decisions exactly when it matters most!

💡 Golden Rule: Three Cookies moving together will always outperform three Cookies fighting alone.

Move as one → Focus a target → Secure the Knockout → Repeat until you hit 10.
