CookieRun: OvenSmash is officially launching the Community Leader Program - a call to action for passionate leaders who are building and growing player communities across all server markets!
The program aims to bring together a core network of dedicated Community Leaders who will help drive the sustainable growth of the CookieRun: OvenSmash community through player engagement activities, content creation, and community support throughout the Regional Beta phase.

- Application Review & Program Enrollment
The team will carefully evaluate each application based on the following criteria:
- Community activity level
- Content quality
- Ability to engage and maintain a community
- Compatibility with the development direction of CookieRun: OvenSmash
Note: Only selected Community Leaders will be contacted and invited to join the official Community Leader group — so keep an eye on your inbox!
- Community Activities & Periodic Reporting
Once on board, Community Leaders will:
- Organize community activities to keep players engaged and excited
- Create game-related content that brings the CookieRun: OvenSmash world to life
- Support and encourage player engagement within the community
- Submit periodic activity reports following the team's guidelines - quick, simple, and stress-free!
IV. ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
This program is designed for passionate Community Leaders who are actively building and managing CookieRun: OvenSmash player communities in their local regions.
To be eligible, you should meet the following requirements:
- Currently managing a player community on Facebook, Discord, or any similar platforms
- Running an active and consistently engaged community
- Experience in organizing community activities, creating content, or connecting members is a big plus!
- Having a long-term vision for community growth and development
- A positive attitude that aligns with the community spirit of CookieRun: OvenSmash
V. OPERATION & REWARD SYSTEM

Community Leaders will be evaluated on a monthly basis across the following criteria:
- Community activity level
- PGC content created by the Community Leader
- UGC content encouraged from community members
- Community event activities
- Community reporting and player support
Community Leaders who hit the KPI requirements for their Tier will receive corresponding rewards from the program! The more you contribute, the sweeter the rewards.
